16. Crazy Games Development is not responsible for possible malfuntions at the postcompany or other mail or courier companies (for example delay, strike or loss). In the case a prize is sent by registered mail but can not be handed to the winner of the prize or the partner/person present, and needs to be picked up at a later date by the prize winner (for example at the post office or post agency etc), Crazy Games Development cannot be held responsible if the price is not picked up by the winner, even if there has been no notification or message left by PostNL or other mail or courier company, or if this notification or message has been lost or if it has been damaged in an unacceptable manner.
17. Crazy Games Development can change certain parts of these conditions for organisational or juridical/legal reasons without prior announcements or further explanation afterwards.
18. The data from participants in our events and / or contests may be stored in our database. Crazy Games Development may use this data to contact participants and inform them of its activities.  Crazy Games Development will comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or any other applicable data protection laws in handling participants' personal data. The stored data will not be passed to third parties.
19. No correspondence is possible regarding the outcome of promotions or contests. The draws and announcements of winners are final.
20. Crazy Games Development reserves the right to start and cancel online promotions at any random moment without notifications. This may include, but is not limited to: early bird promotions, double credit promotions and discount promotions.
21. When it is suspected that gift promotions, registration promotions etc are abused, Crazy Games Development can and may withdraw gifts and take appropriate measures.
22. No monetary payment is required in order to receive the prize offered.
23. All game taxes will be paid by Crazy Games Development. Any other taxes, inlcuding or excluding country of residence, are the responsibility of the participant.
24. Crazy Games Development is not responsible for any typographical errors, technical failures, any form of discomfort that occurs during an action or any damages resulting therefrom.
25. Prizes need to be claimed within 2 weeks after the winner announcement. If the winner does not react within this time Crazy Games Development holds the right to refrain from handing out the prize.  Crazy Games Development is not responsible for wrongly filled in email addresses or home addresses filled in by our users.

1. The “Valentine’s Dining Gift Cards” event begins on February 5, 2025 at 4AM ET (09:00 UK) and ends on February 14, 2025 at 4AM ET (09:00 UK).
2. To be eligible to win prizes in the "Valentine’s Dining Gift Cards" event, players must collect all of the “Chocolate” game items: the “Chocolate Heart” Dauber, the “Box of Chocolates” Avatar Frame and the “Box of Chocolates” Card Skin.

The World Cancer Day fundraising event will be held from January 28th at 4AM ET (9:00 UK) until February 4th at 3PM ET (20:00 UK).

GamePoint will offer a ‘Purple Ribbon’ virtual avatar frame, available for purchase using Coins or Booklets, as part of the effort to raise awareness for World Cancer Day. For every ‘Purple Ribbon’ virtual avatar frame purchased by players outside the Netherlands, GamePoint will donate $1 USD to https://www.worldcancerday.org.

The total donation amount will be announced in the GamePoint News on February 4th at 3PM ET (20:00 UK).

GamePoint reserves the right to terminate the event without prior notice.

1. These additional game terms and conditions apply to the contest “It's On Us” (hereinafter referred to as: the “Event”) of GamePoint B.V. (hereinafter referred to as “GamePoint”).

3. The contest is open to all GamePoint players worldwide with a validated GamePoint player name, guest accounts are excluded.

4. All participants must be at least 18 years old.

5. The Event runs from March 24, 2025 at 10:00 CET to April 7, 2025 at 02:00 CET. Bills can be submitted from March 24, 2025 at 10:00 CET until (and including) April 6, 2025 at 23:59 CET through the special ‘It's on us” page: www.gamepoint.com/itsonus or (when available) through the in-game event overlay.

6. How to participate? Login with your GamePoint player name or create an account for free to login into our Games. Take a photo of your bill (the bill must be in your name and have already been paid by you) and submit it during the Event Period along with the accompanying true story and/or motivation behind it via the special ‘It's on us” page. All submitted bills are reviewed daily by a jury that selects the most original, most special, funniest and/or the most suitable bills. If your bill gets selected, your player name will appear in the in-game chat announcement at 20:00 CET between March 31, 2025 through April 6, 2025. There will also be winners selected for the finale on April 6, 2025. You are aware that certain personal data and background information, as included in the submitted story and/or motivation, may be discussed publicly during the contest.

7. In addition to the above, players can also enter the Facebook Giveaway from March 25, 2025 until March 28, 2025 by meeting all the requirements stated in the post. Three additional winners will be selected.

8. Players must be online at the time of the daily giveaway in order to be selected as one of our daily winners during It’s On Us.

9. The prize cannot be transferred to another player and will be paid out in the currency of the winner's country of residence and the player must have a valid bank account in order to receive their prize.

10. The prizes to be won consist of prize money, the amount of which is equal to the bills selected by the jury that are paid out. Any gambling tax due will be charged at GamePoint. The total value of the prize money is a maximum of €9000 (Nine thousand Euros), including gambling tax. Participation in the game is free.

11. It is possible to participate in the Game several times with different bills and stories in order to increase the chance of winning a prize.

12. Winners that claimed their prize in time will be notified by email about the prize won within 5 days. They have 14 days to respond to the email sent by GamePoint. GamePoint will pay the bill within 8 weeks.

13. A valid bank account as well as a valid player name that is linked to the winner needs to be submitted. GamePoint can only transfer money to official bank accounts, not blocked by any official regulations. In case GamePoint is not able to transfer money to the winner’s submitted bank account for reasons outside of the responsibility of GamePoint, the claim on the prize will expire automatically.

14. Winners of the Game will also be contacted through either a Facebook message ('filtered requests') or via the e-mail address that is currently known at GamePoint. All players themselves are responsible for having a valid e-mail address or linked Facebook account.

15. GamePoint handles the information you provide with care. The personal data that you provide to GamePoint in the context of the Game (including any data included in the motivation/story sent in) will only be used by GamePoint for the organization of the Game as included in these terms and conditions and in addition to the Privacy Statement of GamePoint.

16. Any player who participates in this event, whether or not they are selected as a winner, may be asked to share a testimonial and their likeness for the purpose of advertising and other communications.

17. GamePoint cannot be held liable for any damages caused by you participating in this Game.

18. GamePoint reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to change these game terms and conditions, other terms and conditions, information and/or the prize or prizes or to terminate the contest prematurely, without GamePoint being liable in any way for compensation for damages held towards the participants.

19. Participants can only share their own stories.

20. GamePoint reserves the right to exclude entries that appear to be fraudulent or unlawful.

21. GamePoint reserves the right not to pay out the amount from your submitted account if your submitted story/motivation turns out to be untrue. This will be decided by GamePoint.

22. Unforeseen cases not provided for in these game conditions, a decision will be made by GamePoint.
