1. These additional game terms and conditions apply to the contest “Sharing = Caring” (hereinafter referred to as: the “Event”) of GamePoint B.V. (hereinafter referred to as “GamePoint”).

3. The contest is open to all GamePoint players worldwide with a validated GamePoint Player name, guest accounts are excluded.
4. All participants must be at least 18 years old.
5. The Event runs from December 4, 2023 at 4AM ET to December 10, 2023 at 10PM ET. On weekdays there are 4 different live shows at 5AM, 10AM, 3PM & 6PM ET. The Event will end with a Gala on December 10 at 8PM ET.
6. Players must be online in GamePoint Bingo during the Giveaway for a chance to win.
7. How to participate? Log in with your GamePoint Player name or create an account for free to log in into our Games at the above mentioned times. If you get selected, we'll call you on the phone number registered in your account. You are aware that certain personal data and background information may be discussed publicly during the contest.
8. When we call you, you should pick up the phone. We will try twice. If you pick up, GamePoint will reward you with a Christmas package. You can give the same package to a friend as well. If you do not pick up the phone after we called you twice, your claim to the prize will automatically expire.
9. It is not allowed to let someone else reach out to us on your behalf to claim the prize during the event.
10. The prize cannot be transferred and exchanged for something else..
11. The prizes to be won consist of Christmas Packages or gift cards. Any gambling tax due will be charged at GamePoint. Participation in the game is free. The total value of the prize money is a maximum of €15,200 (Fifteen thousand two hundred Euros).
12. GamePoint reserves the right to replace a Christmas Packages/hamper with a gift card of the same amount. 13. Winners that claimed their prize in time will be notified by email about the prize won within 5 days. They have 14 days to respond to the email sent by GamePoint. GamePoint will pay the bill within 8 weeks.
14. Winners of the Game will also be contacted through either a Facebook message ('filtered requests') or via the e-mail address that is currently known at GamePoint. All players themselves are responsible for having a valid e-mail address or linked Facebook account.
15. GamePoint handles the information you provide with care. The personal data that you provide to GamePoint in the context of the Game (including any data included in the motivation/story sent in) will only be used by GamePoint for the organization of the Game as included in these terms and conditions and in addition to the Privacy Statement of GamePoint.
16. Winners of a prize may be asked to share a testimonial and their likeness for the purpose of advertising and other communications.
17. GamePoint cannot be held liable for any damages caused by you participating in this Game.
18. GamePoint reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to change these game terms and conditions, other terms and conditions, information and/or the prize or prizes or to terminate the contest prematurely, without GamePoint being liable in any way for compensation for damages held towards the participants.
19. GamePoint reserves the right to exclude entries that appear to be fraudulent or unlawful.

2. GamePoint works alongside Dots.eco and their partners to support reputable plastic collection efforts across the world, in countries including Brazil, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Mexico and Nicaragua. Funding goes to projects enabling the collection of plastic waste from rivers, oceans, and more.
3. Players must participate in the ‘Plastic Cleanup’ campaign in GamePoint Bingo on any platform in order to clean plastic.
4. A bag of (ocean-bound) plastic is cleaned up & collected by claiming a specific mission milestone in the ‘Plastic Cleanup’ Event within GamePoint Bingo. This specific mission is identified and can be found when opening the ‘Plastic Cleanup’ Event.
5. One bag of (ocean-bound) plastic is the equivalent of 1 lbs. of plastic.
6. When players clean plastic, a notification will be sent in the Room Chat to announce a bag of plastic has been collected from the ocean.
7. Once players have reached a milestone with a plastic bag, they will have officially helped collect one bag of plastic from the ocean. All players must then confirm their email address in order to receive their official participation certificate.
8. As proof of participation, players will receive an official certificate via email which will be delivered to the email address provided in the step above. This certificate can also be shared with others either on social media and/or by e-mail.

Take a photo of your bill (the bill must be in your name and have already been paid by you) and submit it during the Event Period along with the accompanying true story and/or motivation behind it via the special ‘It's on us” page on or through the event overlay. All submitted bills are reviewed daily by a jury that selects the most original, most special, funniest and most suitable bills. If your bill gets selected, your player name will appear in the in-game chat announcement during one of the following time slots: 11:00, 16:00 and 20:00 CET. In the case of 20:00 CET we call you on the phone number registered in your account. You are aware that certain personal data and background information, as included in the submitted story and/or motivation, may be discussed publicly during the contest.
7. When your GamePoint Playername is announced in our Games or we call you, you have 5 minutes time to contact a GamePoint employee via chat or phone or you should pick up the phone. GamePoint will pay the amount of the bill you submitted. Once this time window has passed, your claim to the prize will automatically expire.
8. In this case, a back-up winner will be selected as follows: GamePoint will randomly select the consolation winner out of the active players in chat. The results cannot be debated. Consolation prize is 10.000 Coins (Ingame currency).
9. It is not allowed to let someone else instead of yourself reach out during the Event, in case this your bill will not be reimbursed.
10. The prize cannot be transferred and will be paid out in the currency of country of residence of the winner through a valid bank account.
11. The prizes to be won consists of prize money, the amount of which is equal to the bills selected by the jury that are paid out. Any gambling tax due will be charged at GamePoint. The total value of the prize money is a maximum of €10.000 (Ten thousand Euros), including gambling tax.Participation in the Game is free.
12. It is possible to participate in the Game several times with different bills and stories in order to increase the chance of winning a prize.
13. Winners that claimed their prize in time will be notified by email about the prize won within 5 days. They have 14 days to respond to the email sent by GamePoint. GamePoint will pay the bill within 8 weeks.
14. A valid bank account as well as a valid player name that is linked to the winner needs to be submitted. GamePoint can only transfer money to official bank accounts, not blocked by any official regulations. In case GamePoint is not able to transfer money to the winner’s submitted bank account for reasons outside of the responsibility of GamePoint, the claim on the prize will expire automatically.
