Your site is unfair. To say that every thing is computer generated and its all up to luck is a lie. If everything was truly random, we should not be seeing the same people winning again and again and again.
You allow the vip members to go wherever they want and these are the majority of people you offer all the wins too. Explain to me why someone with over 100 thousand coins should be allowed to play in the 1 coin card room. Set limits to how much coin can be played in every room. There are a lot of high rollers who aren't members, who have either used hacks to get higher coins, I;ve seen the sites you can do this, or just cheat in general.
Superbingos should be played to the rooms and not all rooms, including the free rooms, allowing everyone more chances to win.l
The free room, I appreciate that you keep the high rollers or anyone with over 250 coins out, but you also need to find a way to pop out the people who have hit that target as more and more people are staying in the room. As long as they don't leave they can continue to take chances of winning away from others in the room
-Since the program responsible for generating cards and balls is indeed independently tested and certified, it's not a 'lie'. If you've won 10 times (according to your public stats, you've won 10 bingos), it doesn't mean you're being favored.
-No player (SVIP, VIP, free, from China, name starts with an M, has a high Coin balance) can purposefully win or lose more than anyone else. With the exception of the Freeroll rooms, balances don't affect where anyone can play.
-SuperBingo by definition includes the inclusion of all rooms by type and value across regions. Because that way, literally everyone in those rooms has a chance to win. The exception is 1 Coin rooms, there only the respective region's rooms participate.
-The rule for Freeroll is having no more than 250 Coins when entering. Depositing while in the room or winning to bring their balance over 250 Coins are not in violation. Furthermore, the rooms are free, meaning there's no loss for trying. Should players with more than 250 Coins change room or refresh, then they'll find that they cannot re-enter the room while having a high balance.
