But, i would like to know why you dont have rules with the rooms. i played the 1.00 rooms last night. And in those rooms there where players with over 20,000,000 in coins playing. and winning every game. thats not fair to us who dont have many coins at all. And in the SUPER BINGO room. players with over 500 coins are still coming in. why is that? room is hard to win in. dont need extra blocks in there. plz do some thing about that. thank you . and have a great day.

Hello kgrace1,

We do have this kind of rule for our Freeroll rooms, where you can only enter if you have no more than 250 Coins. However, no matter where you go, every card used by every player (no matter their Coin amount, subscription, name, region, etc.) has the same chance. Just because someone has more Coins, doesn't mean that their cards are better or worse. All cards and balls are determined by our random number generator, with no human input or bias. But we appreciate your feedback and especially wish you lots of luck in your next games!

Hello thank you so much for vip week. I play this bingo almost 12 hours daily. but I tried to use the crown smileys and it said I have to be vip well I thought I was for a week. I am a smiley person I love those things. I actualy have a smiley face tattoed on my right foot.So I would really like to use them please.I am just retired and this is the best bingo.I enjoy it very much.I love to chat. Hello Joanne! Just to clarify, if you play Bingo starting tomorrow and for a total of 5 days after that, you'll receive free two days of VIP each time. And if you played during all 5 days, then we'll give you an added bonus and make it a month total! So once you play Bingo tomorrow and get that free VIP, you can start using the smileys in the VIP tab (the tab with the little crown)! In the meantime, have fun with the special Bingo smileys that everyone can use during this event!

its sounds fantastic but i gant afford to buy coins and us poor people dont often win either also everytime there s a special event im always just playing the 30;00 free coins and they sure dont last long it seems its always the epople with 1000.00s and 1000.00 s of coins that win you cannot go in any room where this does not happen there are always notes on chat for gp to let the poor win but gp never lets that happen also when the poor play you never get that last number for a full card lots of us are senior whose budget does not alloud us to freedom to pay for bingo coins anyway enough complaining from me i do enjoy playing and i play my 30.00 every three hr s try never to miss i have been playing this iste since the second day you opened in 1998 just have days when i wish i could play all day but that sure does not happen very often i loveyou guys and i want to say THANK YOU for all you do for us bingo players xoxox

Hi LADYBUG7!

Just wanted to assure you that no matter how many Coins someone has, the cards that everyone plays all have the same chance. Since there's a random number generator program that generates all cards and balls, there's no way for cards to somehow be "better" or "worse" for people. It's all a matter of luck. :)

And if you play Bingo tomorrow and for the days after that, you'll get free days of VIP (if you play during all 5 days of the event, it'll be bumped up to a full month). VIPs get a higher amount of Coins for their free Coin gift that can be claimed every 3 hours. So in the end, you'll end up with more Coins! Wishing you the best of luck!

Hello bound88, if you play Bingo tomorrow and during the event, you'll get those free days of VIP. And as a VIP, the amount of free Coins that you can claim every 3 hours increases! So yes, you would be gettinge extra Coins IF you play Bingo during the event!
